Accessories delivery
We deliver our accessories to Europe and the UK using our preferred delivery partners DPD Local and Royal Mail. DPD provides a fully trackable service straight from us to your front door.

Standard UK delivery | free

3 - 5 working days with Royal Mail. 

Express delivery |  £4.95 (tracked)

1 -2 working days with DPD.

Excludes weekends and bank holidays.

In accordance with courier guidelines, outlying postcodes may take longer (N. Ireland, Scottish Highlands, The Channel Islands, Isles of Scilly, Guernsey).

Notice: European delivery times for accessories ( 3 - 9 working days) and prices vary, please select your country at the checkout to calculate cost and shipping period.

All European (and UK Express) deliveries for accessories are fully trackable with our trusted delivery experts DPD. You will receive a text or email as soon as your item is on it's way, allowing you to track it and amend your delivery options. With Standard UK Delivery there is no direct contact with you from Royal Mail  before delivery, if they miss you you will receive a missed delivery slip allowing you to rearrange.

Furniture delivery

Currently we only deliver our furniture to UK customers.

We offer our customers free white glove delivery on sofas all of our furniture. All of your furniture orders will be professionally handled and delivered by our trusted delivery experts Furdeco. The team will assess your furniture goods on arrival to the warehouse. Our free White Glove Delivery service includes an arranged delivery appointment, room of choice 2 man delivery, optional assembly and removal of all packing materials*. If you would prefer for assembly to be guaranteed, please contact us over email at and we will be able to book this for you. Please note: any item that weighs in excess of 85kg will be delivered to the ground floor only. Once your furniture has arrived from Denmark, Furdeco will make initial contact with you 3 days prior to delivery to confirm the final date and provide tracking details. They will then confirm a 3-hour window with you prior to delivery (between Monday & Friday). *see COVID-19 update

Delivery address and access

Unfortunately we cannot deliver to hotels or public spaces and your goods can only be delivered to a place of residence or business address. If your property is a new build or in an awkward location, please provide accurate directions.

You should be careful to check access to your property, as delivery is on the basis that you have checked the dimensions of each of the furniture ordered and you confirm that the furniture to be delivered will fit through all doorways, stairwells within the area of intended use. We will not accept responsibility for Goods that are undeliverable due to insufficient access or for any reason that is not within our reasonable control (including your absence at the arranged time for delivery as notified by us or our delivery partner). You agree to pay our reasonable costs associated with storage and redelivery due to these circumstances arising

Unable to deliver
All furniture orders have to be signed for in person and cannot be left in a safe place. If the Furdeco drivers are unable to locate your property using the postcode confirmed, and you do not respond their attempts to contact you by phone, this will be a Failed Delivery and the Failed Delivery Charge will be payable. Such factors may require alternative delivery methods which may incur additional charges. 


All our deliveries are covered by goods in transit insurance.
