For multiple orders within one month to the same delivery address, we will wait to receive all your furniture and group your white glove delivery into one single slot. Should you wish to split your deliveries please let us know, subsequent deliveries will be charged at your regions rate above. For customers within England who wish to split their delivery, we can offer your first delivery & assembly free with subsequent white glove deliveries being charged at £100.

Lead Times
The amount of time specified under 'Handmade for you in' is the estimated lead time for the product given to us by the supplier based on current manufacturing times for that product. This is an estimate in weeks predicting how long it will take the brand to manufacture your item(s) and delivery them to our warehouse, at which point you will be contacted. For orders within mainland England, delivery typically takes place within the week of receiving your furniture. For Wales, Scotland or the South West, delivery is typically within the following 1 - 3 weeks. If an item is delayed due to production chains or for unforeseen circumstances, we will contact you as soon as this information is made available. For orders with more than one item, the item with the longest lead time will dictate the lead time for an order. Made-to-order items cannot be cancelled if there are delays with manufacture and Shekåbba does not accept liability for any loss due to late delivery.
Delivery Access & Address
Please be careful to check access to your property, as delivery is on the basis that you have checked the dimensions of all of the furniture ordered and you confirm that the furniture to be delivered will fit through all doorways, stairwells and the size of the item is correct and fits in the space for where it is intended. We will not accept responsibility for goods that are undeliverable due to such insufficient access or for any reason that is not within our reasonable control (including your absence at the arranged time for delivery as notified by us or our selected delivery partner). You agree to pay our reasonable costs associated with storage and redelivery due to these circumstances arising.
Unfortunately we cannot deliver to hotels or public spaces and your goods can only be delivered to a place of residence or business address. If your property is a new build or in an awkward location, please provide accurate directions.
Unable To Deliver
All furniture orders have to be signed for in person and cannot be left in a safe place. If our drivers are unable to locate your property using the postcode confirmed, and you do not respond their attempts to contact you by phone, this will be a Failed Delivery and the Failed Delivery Charge will be payable. Such factors may require alternative delivery methods which may incur additional charges.
Insurance
All our deliveries are fully covered by goods in transit insurance.
