RETURNS & REFUNDS

Exercising your right to change your mind if you are a consumer (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013).

If you are a consumer then for most online purchases you have a legal right to change your mind within 14 days and receive a refund. These rights, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, are explained in more detail below.

When consumers do not have a right to change their minds. Your right as a consumer to change your mind does not apply in respect of:

  • products which are customised for you*;

  • any products which become mixed inseparably with other items after their delivery;

  • products where the original packaging has been opened.

*Where an item is labelled ‘Handmade for you', the item will be made specifically for you by the supplier and customised to your specific, size or material. We are unable to offer refunds or exchanges once an order has been placed if:

  • The item is a Handmade-to order item.

  • The order has been put into production per the customer's individual customisations - a specific size, material or finish.

What if my furniture arrives damaged?

​If any damage is discovered during your booked assembly slot, please let us know straight away and send a selection of photographs, clearly identifying any damage to info@shekabba.com. Once we have received the necessary photos we will get any replacement part(s) remade for you. Unless the damage renders your furniture unusable/ dangerous, we will still assemble your furniture so you are not left without whilst you wait for replacements. Once they arrive with us, our delivery partners will return free of charge and re-fit the parts. Should this situation affect you, we will be in contact along the way to keep you updated on all timings.
