RETURNS & REFUNDS
Exercising your right to change your mind if you are a consumer (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013).
If you are a consumer then for most online purchases you have a legal right to change your mind within 14 days and receive a refund. These rights, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, are explained in more detail below.
When consumers do not have a right to change their minds. Your right as a consumer to change your mind does not apply in respect of:
products which are customised for you*;
any products which become mixed inseparably with other items after their delivery;
products where the original packaging has been opened.
*Where an item is labelled ‘(Hand)Made and delivered', the item will be made specifically for you by the supplier and customised to your specific finish, size or material. We are unable to offer refunds or exchanges once an order has been placed if:
The item is a (Hand)Made-to order item.
The order has been put into production per the customer's individual customisations - a specific finish, material or colour.
If an item arrives damaged
If you are entitled to a refund under these terms we will refund you the price deemed suitable for the damage, by the method you used for payment, if valid. However, we may make deductions from the price, as described below.
We may reduce or refuse your refund of the price to reflect any reduction in the value of the goods, if this has been caused by your handling after we receive signed delivery confirmation from you via Furdeco. Any refund will only happen if the damage is caused during freight and delivery and not after signed receipt.
